Meet Gabriel

Gabriel was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida — a true waterman who grew up wakeboarding, surfing, and fishing on the same waters he still calls home. The Treasure Coast isn't just where he works; it's where he was shaped.

After pursuing a career as a firefighter, Gabriel spent years on the front lines of emergency medicine — responding to calls across Martin County and Palm Beach County, making split-second clinical decisions, and caring for people at their most vulnerable. That experience gave him something no classroom can teach: the ability to stay calm, act fast, and genuinely care about the person in front of him.

Outside the firehouse, Gabriel is a competitive CrossFit athlete, avid runner, and a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. He lives the active lifestyle he helps his clients recover from — and he understands firsthand what it takes to perform, recover, and feel your best.
